Anjali (Angelia Schultz) is so desperate to convince you that she's important enough for the US government to be interested in her alien experiences, she's retconning her story to make that claim "true". You didn't notice? The particular lie I'll be exposing here was three-and-a-half years in the making. It's important to understand that the owners of the property where Anjali had her 2018 experience (healed by a giant lavender mantis in a white misty light, remember?) have never had anyone else from the government or otherwise visiting their property looking for aliens.
They are not interested in Anjali's tale. Anjali can't abide this. She needs to believe she's a mouthpiece for higher beings! A hybrid from Orion! Destined to help humanity awaken in time for the coming apocalypse and Earth's shift to a higher density! So important to Disclosure that all the important people are aware of her, believe her, and whisper about her behind closed doors because it's all just too sensitive to put on the computer! So, Anjali rewrites history. It starts with "Steve" from the CIA who became enamored of her story, spoke to her personally, and then called the UAP Task Force (in 2021). To catch the all-important attention of the authorities, Anjali passed along a prediction from her aliens (that a US adversary would do something "unmistakeable" in a specific location, within 30 days) but this didn't come to pass. Because her bananas story came with no evidence, nothing happened as a result of the UAPTF learning of Anjali's tunnel aliens... except that Steve was sent to psych, refused to lose faith in her, and lost his job 6 months later after a delusional break in 2022. Sidebar: Let's not forget that Anjali almost caused Steve's death after that mental health episode, when she told him not to go to hospital in the midst of his delusion, even though he was right at the door, so instead he spent two nights outside in the freezing cold with serious undiagnosed illnesses. To justify the apparent lack of USG interest in her story, Anjali implied it was because it was too sensitive to be written down. Except that Steve did write it down - in a follow-up email to Jay Stratton (former head of UAPTF). Via reporter Tim McMillan, Stratton confirmed no one from UAPTF ever interviewed Anjali. This contradicted Anjali's own words, so she backtracked and explained it was done unofficially (by Steve and two colleagues). Just another example of Anjali bolstering her importance by misleading you. That time, she was caught out. Note how this echo chamber works: Former members of the intel community (including Steve, Anjali, John Ramirez) bolster each others' narratives by referring to each other as unnamed sources and contacts. This gives the impression the USG is officially interested, when in fact these are simply UFO fans with a USG work history speculating about aliens on their own time. Clearly the UAPTF and USG are not in fact interested in Anjali's experience of meeting aliens in a tunnel, but Anjali needs you to believe that they are. So, she is now outright lying about it. Here's how her latest lie, years in the making, unfolded: A week after her Aug 2021 presser, Anjali told Jimmy Church on Fade to Black that nobody in government had contacted her about her experience, either officially or unofficially: JC: You were a part of the DIA. Has anybody from your past contacted you recently about this? Official or in any way? Anjali: Through official means? JC: In any way. A: No. JC: Are they aware of what is going on? A: Um, I would think they’re pretty aware, yes. JC: Okay, but in an official sense, you haven't been contacted? A: That's right. JC: Okay. A: Isn’t that interesting? Can we talk about that? Over a year later, during her GaiaTV appearance in Nov 2022, Richard Doty informed a clearly surprised Anjali that the two "reporters" who talked to her at the presser were actually intelligence officers. (The episodes are paywalled but I tweeted about the exchange here.) From her reaction it was clear Anjali did not know this until that moment. (Doty was probably making it up anyway, and indeed he got it wrong by claiming they were more interested in the land owner, which contradicted her narrative.) But it seems Anjali took it on board and from that moment decided the US government had been undercover at her presser.
Anjali is rewriting history and saying she knew all along that government reps were present because these officers introduced themselves right there. She is even using this as the reason she didn't feel the need to make an official report - their presence was sufficient. Note that while Anjali said at the time the presser was to attract the attention of scientists for her expedition, and that indeed is what she talked about, she retconned its purpose later and said it was to catch the attention of the appropriate people in DC. So, why on earth didn't she take down the names of these intel officers who'd expressed interest, and stay in touch? Wasn't that the entire point of the presser? Sidebar: Even if we parse Anjali's tweet to mean the couple identified themselves by name but not as intel officers (which explains her surprise when Doty informed her they were undercover), fifteen months elapsed between her presser and finding out they were intel officers. What, then, was her reason for not filing an official report during that time? Regardless, Anjali clearly wants to give you the impression she knew at the time that intel officers spoke to her at the presser. Anjali's narcissism means she not only cannot be mistaken about her 2018 experience or her recovered memories about lifelong contact with NHI. It also results in her placing herself at the center of a heroic narrative: she is a mouthpiece for higher beings, she chose the mission to be born on Earth and speak for higher beings (though she's consistently confused about what they say, and what they say has been proven wrong), and she is a person of interest to the US government because she was brave enough to come forward with her evidence-free story about meeting aliens in a tunnel. The non-delusional interpretation of what happened here? A couple of reporters talked briefly to Anjali at her presser. She found it "interesting" that nobody official contacted her as a result of the story she told at the presser. After the expedition failed and she became enmeshed in the Disclosure echo chamber, she reconned the purpose of the presser. Doty boosted her ego by stating those reporters were actually intel officers. Anjali's fantasy-prone personality enabled her to rewrite history, contradictions be damned, so that she now claims the intel officers introduced themselves at the presser, thus confirming her narcissistic need to be important to the USG. Sidebar: There is no evidence for Anjali's NHI other than her reports of what they say, and the evidence shows that what they say is wrong:
In a Jan 2025 X Space hosted by Anjali, when asked if the beings had told her anything that came true, the best she could come up with was that they warned her she wouldn't find them when she returned to the property in 2024. She went anyway, dragging along her haplessly conned autistic podcast producer Josh Isaacson from Savant Entertainment, and whaddya know - the tunnel that was never there in the first place... was not there! I've catalogued dozens of instances of Anjali lying - about herself and others - and misrepresenting the truth in order to bolster her story, including rewriting history. It matters because this is a woman who reels in vulnerable people desperate to believe, people without the ability to recognize narcissism or to rationally assess her claims, and certainly without the knowledge of her history that would enable them to spot her deceptions.
