Timeline: Mission announced
There was no mention of returning to the tunnel when Añjali first posted on Reddit in March 2021. She said she'd had no desire to go back there. A week before she reposted her story in early July, she began talking about returning to the base with a team. Included here is the information she has given about her contact with Wayne and Trisha, owners of the property where the mountain alien base is located. Añjali has been evasive about whether she has their permission for the expedition.
Note regarding Wayne's awareness of Añjali's online actions:
Mar 21: Three weeks after her initial Reddit post, Añjali tweets: "I haven’t talked to Wayne or Trish in a couple of years... I’ve considered calling them recently" and that "I am trying, for sure" since she'd like them to corroborate her story. (Anjali's released text messages reveal that she first re-contacted them on Mar 30.)
Jun 30: Añjali speculates the beings may want her to share the location of their base (although not at the presser), and "I've had a couple of visions of returning there with someone whom I've not yet met." She also writes: "If I return to the base, the beings will be there; otherwise, they wouldn't have me return."
Jul 1: Responding to a question about corroborating evidence, she says: "When I am able to return to the base with a well-regarded third party, I am confident the beings will allow us to provide what is needed."
Jul 3: "When the time and team is right, I will take them to the tunnel, and do what we are capable of doing wrt gathering evidence, which will be provided to the public."
Jul 6: On Reddit: "At this time, the beings have stated that I may return to the base with the right individuals to provide trusted third-party evidence of their existence and message." She says she will hold a press conference (which took place Aug 17).
Jul 8: "I will not be releasing the geocoordinates that day [press conference] but am waiting for the right team to return with me."
Jul 13: Añjali admits she's not yet back in touch with Wayne and Trisha: "I've reached out to them since coming forward but I have not received a reply as of yet... What I can say is this -- when I return with a team to the tunnel, Wayne and Trisha will let us in because it will be time to let us in, and they will know this. The beings aren't going to lead me back there only to fail when it is time." (Anjali's released text messages reveal she wrote a second time on Jul 13, and got a response on Jul 14. Due to her cat dying, she did not reply until Jul 22.)
Jul 25: "It is my understanding that they [the beings]... will allow a team to accompany me to the mountain base."
Jul 28: "I actually am in contact with the couple, Wayne and Trisha, as we recently reconnected around the passing of someone I love very much" (the aforementioned cat). (Anjali's released text messages reveal that "contact" by this date was merely her receiving a response to say they remembered her from the cafe, then on 26th they made an agreement to move to Signal.)
Jul 29: Anjali messages the owners with: "I need to discuss with you what the higher beings/‘aliens’ told me when Bryan took me to meet them in 2018. They’ve visited me several times since, and I am wondering if you two have been in contact as well?"
They did not reply for 6 days, because, as they told me, their response to reading her message was "What? What the fuck??? And we about died laughing."
Aug 2: On Reddit: "The higher beings are going to be present in the mountain base, they have assured me. This is their disclosure." and "the team is still being formed, with only three members currently selected and committed."
Aug 3: Confirms Roderick Martin is on the team.
Aug 4: The property owner finally responded to Anjali's Jul 29 text about higher beings: "Sorry it's taken a minute to answer... have been digesting your message so to speak... [Wayne] says he has no recollection of your conversation or taking you to meet any aliens..." How about a phone call...?" This video call did not happen until Aug 16.

Aug 6: Investigative journalist and Lazar-promoter George Knapp wants in. Anjali replies a week later with "George, thank you for stepping forward. How fun you reached me before I could reach you." During the press conference 4 days later, when listing her team members she says: "We will take a chief investigative reporter who is well-known" - possibly referring to Knapp. When asked about Knapp specifically, she replies: "I will tell you that he and I are in personal communication." A month after his initial tweet George says the tweet was his only communication with her.
Aug 10: On Reddit, Max describes the desired team and objectives:
"This press conference will, among other things, further the construction of the most publicly credible and capable team [members] to go back into the Mojave mountain tunnel (back into the base) with her, this Fall, in order to document ->AND SHARE<- in every way under the Sun what is found.
"This revisiting of the tunnel will be THE big verification everyone has been looking for and will be witnessed and recorded by many eyes, ears, cameras, audio recorders and notepads.
"...there will only be a couple/few people she has known in life who will accompany this team of professional film makers, documentarians, security and Intelligence personnel, interested bloggers and vloggers etc.
"These people will be hand picked as to avoid any shenanigans, security risks, or possible untenable behavior leading up to and during the re-entry of the base."
Aug 11: On Reddit, Añjali says: "The goal is to return to the base before the end of 2021, and provide irrefutable evidence of living non-human beings."
Max says: "Surprisingly, Wayne seems to have beat his illness - at least for now. We don’t yet know how, but he seems to actually be doing great and looks very good."
Aug 11: Anjali sends a press release (embargoed until 15th) announcing her press conference on Aug 17th "to announce the formation of a renowned international team of scientists and experts who will return to an undisclosed subterranean mountain base in the Mojave Desert to meet with extraterrestrials who desire soft disclosure."
NOTE: At this time, and until Aug 16th, Anjali had never mentioned to the property owners that she intended to bring a team to their property.

Aug 16: Anjali's released text messages reveal that until Aug 12 she and the property owners were trying to arrange a video call. Anjali then goes silent for 4 days, while presumably she was travelling to D.C., then on Aug 16 writes: "I'm in D.C. Any chance we can zoom this evening your time? VERY important at this point and very very timely! ... I have a very big event tomorrow and believe it or not, it directly involves what we must discuss. It cannot wait any longer... as I am now down to the last minute. Please implore [Wayne] to give me just 30 min of your time tonight. Neither of you will regret it." She then had a video call with the property owners, the audio of which she released 6 months later.
Aug 16: "The expedition will follow before the end of 2021. The date will be announced when the team is fully assembled."
Aug 17: Press conference. "We will be releasing some of the names of our team in the coming week or two." (This never happened.)
Anjali's released text messages reveal that the property owners asked her for the pin of the tunnel location on Aug 17, 18, and twice on 19 (as well as during the video call on Aug 16). They also asked her for a link to the press conference on Aug 18 and 19. Anjali finally sent the presser link and pin on Aug 20. The property owners did not respond to any of her subsequent messages until Sep 14. They told me that after the video call they considered the vague possibility that it could be real, but after seeing the "cheesehole" press conference and pin on the map that "scared the shit out of [them]", they "had to shift."

Aug 21: "Hard evidence presented through the team to the public in a gentle, non-threatening way is possible, and it is how we will do it. Any and all ‘hard’ evidence will be ‘gentle’ in nature, like the beings of love and light we will meet."

Sep 1: "The expedition planning is going very well without a hitch so far. We will bring back plenty of evidence that is unquestionably non-human."

Sep 9: After Truthseekers podcaster Steven Cambian tells Añjali he knows Wayne's identity and location, Añjali posts a Twitter thread about Wayne, asking people to be compassionate and rational because he is wealthy, with resources at his disposal, and has armed guards watching his property who will detain trespassers. "Anyone trying to find him is acting irresponsibly, putting people’s lives in danger."
[One hour after posting about respecting Wayne's private property rights, she tweets: "One cannot own the earth."]
A few hours later, Steven has scheduled an interview with Añjali for Sep 13.
Sep 13: Añjali will not be releasing any names of people on the expedition team: "They don’t want their names public, they don’t want to be on camera, they don’t want anybody to know. They just want to be a part of the research and turn over their data."
Asked whether Wayne is aware of the expedition, she confirms only that she's back in contact with him and "I would just prefer not to discuss that too much."
Sep 14: After Anjali has sent the property owners half a dozen texts since Aug 20 and gotten no response, they finally respond suggesting she buy their land to "run with your journey". Between them they fail to schedule a call and don't respond to her next two messages until Oct 3.
Sep 19: Regarding the promised Twitter poll, Añjali will "get around to it shortly."
Sep 21: Añjali says there are no updates to report on the team or the expedition date.
Sep 22: Buried in a Twitter comment, Añjali suggests this complication: "I think the transition from the tunnel to the base may have been dimensional. Not sure about it, but think it’s highly likely." (She hinted at this a week ago: the base "inhabits physical space inside that mountain" but entering it is a transition, "the here but the not here." She has also said the transition between tunnel and base is seamless and that the aliens are "able to physically manipulate physical reality.")
Sep 30: Añjali tweets that the expedition date will not be announced until after the visit has concluded, "for the safety of everyone involved." She also tweets that the Twitter poll "is a Go."
Añjali tweets her reason for announcing the expedition before asking Wayne: "I was taking my guidance from the beings who assured me we'd reconnect (which we did) and that the expedition would obviously never go without the owner's permission. I trusted the beings then, still do today." [see Jul 29 above]
Oct: Añjali is not answering direct questions about whether she has Wayne's permission for the expedition to his property. See my Twitter thread.
Behind the scenes, he has ignored her since Sep 19. On Oct 3 & 4 he again suggests selling the land and she wants to visit and get evidence of the alien base in order to get the right price. They do not communicate again until she writes on Oct 16.
Oct 8th: Añjali posts the long-awaited Twitter poll with 100 "potential candidates for public nomination" (actually 98 since one poll has 3 instead of 4 names, and one candidate is dead) for the "Mojave Mtn. Transcension Project Expedition Team (TPET)". She did not contact the candidates prior to putting them in the poll.
Oct 10th: On Reddit, and with only 10 weeks of the year left, Añjali states with respect to assembling the team: "Everything is moving forward as it should.
Oct 15th: Despite saying 2 weeks ago that the expedition would not be announced until it was over, Añjali now tweets: "We will do everything in our ability to livestream all the way through the expedition."
Oct 17th: Anjali writes to, then FaceTimes with the owners after no communication since 4th. She is on the road to Colorado. This call has not been released but the owners told me they were under the impression she was coming out to California anyway, and so would visit them. The next day the owner tells her his attorney is writing up a contract of terms & conditions before anyone can enter the property. "There is more legalities involved than we thought. And so it’s not sounding fun at all."
Añjali claims that the Wayne found by James A. Conrad and Charlie Wiser is not the right Wayne. (She had led Steven Cambian to believe that it was the right Wayne.)

Behind the scenes, he has ignored her since Sep 19. On Oct 3 & 4 he again suggests selling the land and she wants to visit and get evidence of the alien base in order to get the right price. They do not communicate again until she writes on Oct 16.
Oct 8th: Añjali posts the long-awaited Twitter poll with 100 "potential candidates for public nomination" (actually 98 since one poll has 3 instead of 4 names, and one candidate is dead) for the "Mojave Mtn. Transcension Project Expedition Team (TPET)". She did not contact the candidates prior to putting them in the poll.
Oct 10th: On Reddit, and with only 10 weeks of the year left, Añjali states with respect to assembling the team: "Everything is moving forward as it should.
Oct 15th: Despite saying 2 weeks ago that the expedition would not be announced until it was over, Añjali now tweets: "We will do everything in our ability to livestream all the way through the expedition."
Oct 17th: Anjali writes to, then FaceTimes with the owners after no communication since 4th. She is on the road to Colorado. This call has not been released but the owners told me they were under the impression she was coming out to California anyway, and so would visit them. The next day the owner tells her his attorney is writing up a contract of terms & conditions before anyone can enter the property. "There is more legalities involved than we thought. And so it’s not sounding fun at all."
Añjali claims that the Wayne found by James A. Conrad and Charlie Wiser is not the right Wayne. (She had led Steven Cambian to believe that it was the right Wayne.)
Oct 19th: Second round of the Twitter poll begins with 52 nominees. (Ended 26th)
Añjali states that she and Wayne are in "consistent contact" and "There is nothing I am doing wrt his property, the expedition, the beings, that he isn't fully aware of directly, legally."
Oct 20th: The owner messages Anjali that he has upcoming medical treatments, and that after talking again to his attorney, "It is more complicated than we thought. The liability alone is risky. The rest of what we’re hearing is a whole lot of stress we cannot handle at this time. No one is allowed on our land! ... Thank you for your understanding. We wish you the best on your alien journey!"
Oct 22nd: Anjali responds that she has arrived and "drove all this way to see you... The expedition doesn’t matter in the end and I will cancel it... Please see me so we can just talk? smoke a bowl together, maybe? the divine ganja always knows how to simply everything."
Oct 26th: After no response, Anjali writes again: "I did drive 1600 miles to see you... it is the only reason I am even here in California. So I have to continue to try, as the beings have insisted." She says Whitley Strieber wants to meet them and liaise a deal with Bigelow. They respond: "I will be frank and to the point. We do not want you, or anyone affiliated with your 'project' on our property. No one. Not you, not Adam / Max, not people with alien gear looking for caves and holes... We are trying to live our lives peacefully and this has done nothing but cause us emotional distress and severe anxiety. You are making it so much harder to get through this time. If you are truly the kind loving person you say you are, then you will respect this."

The owners send her an angry message in the middle of the live podcast when she appears to suggest she will find a way to explore the property somehow. She responds with a lengthy repetitive message insisting they invited her home, gave her cannabis resin, took her into a tunnel to meet aliens, and that she was teleported back to the living room. "You OWE ME a damn explanation as to what happened on YOUR property, if I am lying... So you must have had the wrong idea about who you brought to your home, if you think I am just going to go away after what happened to me. You knew I was intel. I would NEVER just go away. This is bigger than both of us, and that’s just the truth of it."
Nov 3rd: Anjali tells the property owners: "Letting cooler heads and hearts prevail, I am going to formally end this physical expedition team so you don't have to suffer." Publicly she is insisting the expedition is only "postponed".

Jan 30, 2022: Anjali reveals that the previously unnamed person she'd planned to visit the base with at the end of 2021 was Whitley Strieber.
Feb 22, 2022: Anjali writes to the property owners to tell them that Charlie Wiser (me) is about to discover their identity (she was informed of this by James A Conrad). She sends them a copy of the legal letter sent to me, which ends: "The lawsuit will be on behalf of myself, Angelia Schultz using the name 'Anjali' and other parties who will remain unnamed at this time to protect their identity." She tells them several things that I allegedly said about them over the months (such as they took sexual advantage of her, that someone paid them to cancel the expedition, etc.).
Feb 23: Recognizing that I never in fact wrote any of the things Anjali accused me of writing, and concerned that she appears to be including them in her lawsuit without their permission, the property owners contact me.
Feb 27: After speaking to "Wayne and Trisha" about how to put out their side of the story, I tweet that I've spoken with them. Wayne says he did not dig a tunnel to an alien base in his mountain, and he does not want a team of strangers probing his mountain for tunnels and aliens.
